All processing happens in your browser. We do not upload, store, or access your images. Your files remain on your device at all times.

When using Compressify, you agree to:

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Compressify available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance or updates
  • Technical issues or server problems
  • Circumstances beyond our control (internet outages, browser compatibility)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Since all image processing happens client-side in your browser:

  • We do not collect, store, or access your images
  • We do not collect personal information beyond anonymous analytics
  • Your files never leave your device

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

We do not guarantee that compressed images will meet your specific quality or size requirements. Results may vary depending on the original image and compression settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compressify and its operators shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Damage to your device or data loss
  • Unsatisfactory compression results

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
